The Potions announced on their success entering into a total of 24 countries, including Germany, Spain, and Russia. A representative from The Potions explained, “This is the result of efforts to execute product planning and marketing based on the data of Coréelle customers in the cross border industry.”
Since the launch of the brand, The Potions developed products targeting the global market, launching in Watsons in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, along with the Russian premium beauty distribution channel, L’etoile. Last year, The Potions was also launched at Douglas, which has around 1,900 stores across 19 European countries, the home of beauty. Douglas is the largest cosmetics distributor with around twice the sales of the global beauty chain “Sephora.” The Potions made its way into Germany, Spain, and Poland through Douglas.
“We will launch full-fledged activities in Europe, starting with Germany, Spain, and Poland, to show local consumers the excellent quality of The Potions and the trendiness of K-Beauty,” a source from The Potions said.
By entering Douglas, The Potions will continue to expand its overseas sales network following the U.S., Hong Kong, Thailand, Japan, Russia, and the UAE. Also, The Potions is expanding their contact points with overseas consumers through cross border ecommerce channels such as Coréelle and Amazon US/JP.
